Job summary

Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd. is seeking an SI Simulation Design Engineer in Milpitas, CA to advance high-speed interconnect technologies.

You will lead SI/PI/EMC design efforts from concept through prototype validation, working closely with customers to define requirements and deliver robust solutions. The role requires 2+ years in SI design, proficiency with HFSS, CST, ADS, PLTS, and hands-on experience with network analyzers and TDRs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Electronics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 2+ years of industry experience in SI design and analysis.
• Proficient in HFSS, CST, ADS, PLTS with solid connector/cable manufacturing knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with network analyzers and TDRs.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance development for high-speed products, including backplanes and I/O modules.
• Provide SI/PI/EMC design services to support product development.
• Analyze and resolve performance anomalies identified during prototype testing.
• Interface with customers to understand SI requirements and propose connector/cable concepts.
• Support customers in end-to-end SI feasibility studies.
• Plan and drive technology pre-research projects related to electrical interconnects.
