Job summary

Ball Corporation is seeking a Production/Maintenance Technician in Findlay, OH to support high-speed manufacturing lines and perform routine troubleshooting and maintenance. You will work hands-on with equipment, follow SOPs, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, at least 1 year of mechanical experience, and proficiency with hand and power tools. This role is onsite with opportunities for growth and annual incentive eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• 1-year minimum experience in a mechanical job-related field with demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow all 5S standards and job safety practices and policies including but not limited to food safety; personal protective equipment; emergency procedures, etc.
