Job summary

Ball Corporation seeks a Production Technician in Glendale, AZ to join a high-volume, 24/7 manufacturing team. You will operate, adjust and repair high-speed equipment, follow 5S standards, and perform preventive maintenance while ensuring aluminium quality and customer specifications.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year in a mechanical field, with hands-on tool proficiency and a bias toward teamwork and safety in a 12-hour shift environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• 1-year minimum experience in a mechanical job-related field with demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow all 5S standards and job safety practices and policies including food safety; PPE; emergency procedures, etc.
• Operate, adjust, and repair high-speed production equipment to meet plant production goals.
• Assist with performing preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Inspect aluminium for proper quality standards and customer specifications.
