Ball Corporation in Williamsburg, VA is seeking a Production Technician to join a high-volume, 24/7 manufacturing crew. You will observe SOPs, operate and maintain equipment, and support preventative maintenance to hit daily production goals.

The role requires a high school diploma and mechanical troubleshooting skills; 1 year in a mechanical field; hands-on use of hand and power tools; 12-hour shifts with 4 days on/4 days off, on-site work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
• 1 year minimum experience in a mechanical field with demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools.

Responsabilités

• Follow 5S standards and job safety practices and policies including food safety; PPE and emergency procedures.
• Operate, adjust, and repair high-speed production equipment to meet plant goals.
• Assist with performing preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Inspect aluminium for proper quality standards and customer specifications.
• Build positive relationships across the team by collaborating and communicating with integrity.
