Job summary

Ball Corporation is seeking a Production Technician in Bowling Green, KY to join a production crew on-site. You will observe SOPs, operate and adjust high-speed equipment, and perform preventative maintenance to meet production goals.

The role requires a high school diploma and mechanical troubleshooting skills, with 1 year of related experience and tool proficiency. Preferred: 2 years in high-speed manufacturing; rigorous safety standards apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-year minimum experience in a mechanical field with demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• 2 years’ experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow 5S standards and safe practices including food safety, PPE, and emergency procedures.
• Operate, adjust, and repair high-speed production equipment to meet plant goals.
• Assist with preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Inspect aluminum for quality and customer specifications.
• Collaborate across the team with strong ethical integrity.
