Job summary

REPAY is seeking a Print Operator to join our Operations team at the Piscataway, NJ facility. The role operates high-speed printing equipment to meet daily production needs, conducts quality checks, and assists with routine maintenance.

Training begins on the first shift (6:00am–2:00pm ET) with a post-training third shift (12am–8am ET). The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of high-speed printers, be able to perform operator adjustments, handle PC tasks, and lift up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications

• High-speed printing equipment knowledge.
• Ability to adjust operators for high-speed printers.
• Basic PC tasks (copy/move files, create directories, edit files).
• Familiarity with Windows and DOS.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills related to print operations.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Able to lift 20 lbs frequently.
• Flexible and overtime-capable work hours.
• Steel-toed shoes required for every shift.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Keep area clean and organized for printing operations.
• Communicate with other departments (Machine operators / IT / QOS).
• Perform basic maintenance of printers as needed.
• Record daily print totals and prepare equipment for next shift.
• Conduct printing and quality checks on production jobs.
• Inform Supervisor of low inventory and required supplies.
• Set up and print production jobs, verify QA processes.
• Assist with operation and maintenance of print area equipment.
