Job summary

Broadridge in Edgewood, NY is seeking a Peripheral Operator to operate IBM high-speed laser print equipment, manage print cycles, and ensure deliverables meet service levels.

The role requires 3+ years in production print, experience with continuous forms printers, and familiarity with InfoPrint Workflow and Manager. The shift is second shift, 4:00pm–11:30pm, with overtime on weekends and holidays; benefits include healthcare, 401(k) match, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production print environment.
• Experience with continuous forms printers and prep/post gear.
• Familiar with InfoPrint Workflow and InfoPrint Manager.
• Strong communication, leadership and organization.
• Willing to work overtime including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Organize print cycles to meet daily deliverables and SLAs.
• Review print requests and logs, ensure correct files are printed.
• Prioritize daily/weekly job streams and assign tasks.
• Ensure output quality meets standards.
• Monitor print work and report issues promptly.
• Communicate backlog and outsourcing needs to management.
