Job summary

Quad in Burlington is hiring Skilled Print Operators to run first and second sheetfed presses and bindery equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Operators ensure product quality, set up press equipment, and support finishing operations on diverse print jobs.

This role requires 2–3 years of press operator experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends. Opportunity for growth and skill development is offered.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of press operator experience.
• Ability to web up the press and match product to customer sample.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Good eye/hand coordination; able to make adjustments on press.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize jobs by reviewing schedules and tickets; set priorities.
• Monitor color, register, folding, and compensation; adjust as needed.
• Set up/operate equipment; perform preventative maintenance.
• Participate in training and assist all positions; work with customers and business plan.
