Job summary

InfoSend Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Print Operator to join our Production team. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate high-speed printing equipment, monitor quality, and help keep customer projects accurate and on schedule.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions. Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office and prior print/production experience are a plus,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Previous print, copy, or production experience preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Fiery, Prisma, TotalFlow, or roll‑fed equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate high-speed laser and inkjet printing equipment
• Prepare and coordinate print jobs from setup through completion
• Monitor print quality and reprint damaged or defective documents as needed
• Stage and safely change paper rolls
• Operate finishing equipment, including folders, bundlers, and stackers
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance
• Work with internal teams to resolve production issues and meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
