Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Expertise designing complex high-density multilayer PCBs for aerospace/defense or high-performance electronics.
• 2+ years with enterprise PCB layout tools; Mentor Xpedition preferred.
• Experience translating schematics to manufacturable layouts with hardware teams.
• Strong SI/PI knowledge and HDI via technologies; 14–24+ layer boards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize multilayer PCBs for rugged embedded platforms in aerospace/defense.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams across product lifecycles.
• Ensure signal integrity, power integrity, manufacturability, and reliability in layouts.
• Produce fabrication and assembly docs and design guidelines.
