Job summary

ADM is seeking a Machine Operator in Jackson, TN for a full-time hourly role. The plant runs 24 hours and requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. The Operator II will safely run high-speed packaging equipment, perform minor maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure production quality while adhering to GMP/HACCP policies.

Responsibilities include data documentation, accurate reporting, and reporting safety concerns. Background check is required.

• Manufacturing experience and mechanical aptitude preferred.
• The plant operates 24 hours and requires willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed packaging machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform minor maintenance and product changeovers on machinery.
• Troubleshoot problems and communicate with coworkers and supervisors.
• Document data accurately for reporting and maintain production quality.
• Observe safety and GMP/HACCP policies; report safety issues.
• Work in hot/cold dusty environments as required.
• Background check is required.
