Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least six months in manufacturing, with ability to read instructions, perform basic arithmetic, and interpret various forms of guidance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; and minimum six months manufacturing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read elementary operating instructions, production boards, material labels, safety and hazard warnings, manuals, etc.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Responsibilities

• Maintain process documentation, pre-start checklists, glue weights, tallies, and audits.
• Read and follow standardized work to manufacture, trim, inspect, and pack products to specs.
• Rotate job assignments within and between cells to secure material and perform operations.
• Observe machinery and provide quality parts in conformance to specs.
• Sign off on work performed for traceability.
• Perform 5S duties and maintain housekeeping.
• Communicate with team members and attend meetings and trainings.
• Report any job-related injuries to cell coordinator.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
