Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures all machines are kept running and producing quality bottles while maintaining the least downtime possible.
• Follows production schedules and communicates any changes to team members when necessary.
• Start-up and shut down of blow mold machine and supporting equipment.
• Organization to complete daily cleaning and maintain good housekeeping throughout the area.
• Checks and monitors quality on all assigned machines by understanding and recognizing all visual quality defects and how to make appropriate adjustments to correct quality defects.
• Maintains all required documentation for quality checks and testing, process checks
