Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Blow Mold Operator in Franklin, Indiana to operate blow mold machines and related equipment. You will ensure quality bottles, meet production volumes, and work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and housekeeping.

Responsibilities include machine startup/shutdown, daily cleaning, quality checks, data entry, and operating forklifts as needed. A high school diploma or GED and manufacturing experience are preferred, with strong teamwork and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; or related manufacturing experience/trainings.
• Ability to read basic instructions and perform simple tasks with accuracy.
• Experience operating or supporting blow mold equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep machines running and producing quality bottles.
• Follow production schedules and communicate changes to the team.
• Perform start-up and shut-down of blow mold machinery and equipment.
