Job summary

Pathways In Education seeks a certified secondary teacher for our Glendale center. You will instruct students across core subjects, use diverse teaching methods and technology, and maintain records and transcripts.

Ideal candidates hold an Arizona 6-12 certificate, BA/BS, and can counsel students on academics while participating in school-wide initiatives and audits. This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive pay package.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree or higher in a relevant field
• Arizona Provisional or Standard Secondary Education, 6-12 Certification required
• Ability to teach multiple subjects using diverse methods and technologies

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in multiple subjects with varied teaching methods.
• Prepare outlines for course of study following state guidelines.
• Counsel students on academic progress and course selection.
• Attend meetings and participate in professional development activities.
• Administer assessments and maintain student records and transcripts.
