Job summary

Pathways In Education seeks a certified secondary teacher for our Glendale center. You will instruct students across core subjects, use diverse teaching methods and technology, and maintain records and transcripts.

Ideal candidates hold an Arizona 6-12 certificate, BA/BS, and can counsel students on academics while participating in school-wide initiatives and audits. This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive pay package.

We provide a welcoming and supportive environment where students can thrive.Our programs are designed to meet the unique needs of students by offering:Individualized Support: Personalized plans with 1:1 guidance from teachers and counselors.Blended Learning: A mix of online and in-person instruction for a tailored learning experience.Multiple Learning Styles: Curriculum options aligned with Arizona State Standards to fit different ways students learn.Pathways In Education is looking for a Teacher with an Arizona Provisional or Standard Secondary Education, 6-12 Certificate in a core subject to work at the Glendale center.Our Ideal Candidate Will :Instruct students in multiple subjects, using various teaching methods, technologies, audiovisual aids and other materials.Prepare outlines for course of study, following curriculum guidelines or requirements of state and school.Assist pupils in selecting a course of study.Counsel students in adjustment and academic problems.Participate in various community groups or functions, faculty and professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops.
