Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. in Baltimore seeks an Assistant Product Line Manager for Collaborations & Partnerships to guide brief creation, partnerships, and product development across divisions. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products and analyze market trends.

This hybrid role requires 4 days in-office per week, with travel to support partner engagements and seasonal planning. Base compensation is $65,000–$90,000 USD, plus rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with typically 2 years of related experience or Masters degree without experience or typically 6 years of relevant experience without degree.
• Experience in project management, product marketing, merchandising and/or consumer insight.
• Strong presentation, organization, project and time management, collaboration and influencing skills.
• Customer service orientation and quality focus.
• Experience managing Full Product Life Cycle preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to mine consumer insights and translate into product solutions.
• Ability to multi-task across categories and functions.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential partners and carry the process from concept to commercialization.
• Oversee data and systems, ensure up-to-date inputs on time.
• Develop business acumen with planners, merchandisers, sales, and regions.
• Analyze bookings, sales, and trends to inform line plan decisions.
• Connect with athletes and partners to gain insights for product.
• Outline and manage seasonal business plans with growth opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of product journeys, costing, and approvals.
• Support brand stories showing up with innovations.
• Assist in product presentations internally and externally.
• Data entry into Trasix/Centric and related systems.
