Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Field Sales Professional in Baltimore, MD. You will manage a territory, partner with schools and programs, and drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to account management.

This role offers a hybrid work environment with local travel 2–5 days per week and a base draw of $60,000–$70,000 plus performance incentives. Evening/weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class consultative service to coaches in assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Maintain resilience and turn challenges into opportunities.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management and activity tracking.
• Grow sales in existing accounts across all sports and levels.
• Use data-driven BI to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage account list and travel within territory.
