• START training preferred.
• Experience with Kelvin or similar IEP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction to students with disabilities per IEPs.
• Plan, implement, and adapt lessons aligned with state standards and IEP goals.
• Deliver instruction in inclusive, resource, or self-contained settings.
• Assess progress and collect data toward IEP goals.
• Develop and review IEPs with parents and teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and re-evaluations.
• Differentiate instruction and provide accommodations as needed.
• Collaborate with general education staff and support personnel.
• Manage paraprofessionals assigned to the classroom or caseload.
