Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a high school in Whitman, MA. This full-time role (37.5 hours/week) offers a starting pay of $38+ per hour with guaranteed hours and weekly direct deposit.

You will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to assess, plan, and deliver speech and language services, participate in IEPs, and support students' academic and social success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• MA state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• DESE certification.
• Experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team.
• Offer professional development and support to teachers and staff on speech and language topics.
