Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support students in Whitman, MA. This full-time role (37.5 hours/week) serves a high school caseload and offers guaranteed hours with direct deposit.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with educators, families, and a multidisciplinary team. MA state license and DESE certification preferred; CCC-SLP with ASHA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• MA state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• DESE certification.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Experience in school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team.
• Offer professional development and support to teachers and staff on speech and language topics.
