Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a full-time role in Whitman, MA. The position features a 37.5-hour week, a high school caseload, and pay starting at $38 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• MA state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• DESE certification.
• School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to support learning.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, individually and in groups.
• Monitor progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the team.
• Offer professional development and support to staff on SLP topics.
