Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for Whitman, MA, to support high school students with communication and language development.

This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, with the pay starting at $38 per hour and guaranteed hours. You will assess, treat, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals; participate in IEP meetings; provide group and individual therapy; and document progress to guide intervention plans and student

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• MA state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• DESE certification preferred.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive learning environment.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions.
• Provide professional development and support to teachers and staff on speech and language topics.

Position Overview

As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the communication and language development of our students. This position involves working collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to identify and address speech and language disorders, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed academically and socially.

Responsibilities
