Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) in Whitman, MA to support high school students with communication and language development. This full-time role focuses on assessments, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapy within a collaborative school environment.

The position requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, MA state licensure, and DESE certification; CCC-SLP is preferred. Compensation is competitive and based on experience, with benefits included.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• MA state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCC-SLP is preferred.
• DESE certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team.
• Offer professional development and support to teachers and staff on speech and language topics.

Location: Whitman, MA

Type: Full Time- 37.5 hours/week

High School caseload

Pay: $38+, depending on experience

Position Overview

As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the communication and language development of our students. This position involves working collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to identify and address speech and language disorders, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed academically and socially.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.

• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team.
• Offer professional development and support to teachers and staff on speech and language topics.

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
