Job summary

Nurtur Aveda seeks an Outreach and Recruitment Specialist to develop and implement a high school recruitment and community outreach strategy in the Columbus area. You will build partnerships with local schools, community organizations, salons, and wellness businesses to raise awareness and drive enrollment.

You will manage communications with counselors, coordinate events, and support admissions goals in collaboration with the Admissions and Financial Aid Team. Travel to local events is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, admissions, or community relations preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality in manner and conduct.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high school recruitment and community outreach strategy.
• Build and sustain relationships with high school counselors and community partners.
• Plan and execute market-specific recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals.
• Coordinate events and on-campus recruitment activities.
• Assist with social media content creation and brand promotion.
