Responsibilities

• Provides small group instruction.
• Conducts monthly intervention professional development for school based staff.
• Works with the School Based Intervention Team to assess and identify students who require Tier III interventions.
• Implements Tier III academic interventions using research based methodology in reading and/or math.
• Communicates with school personnel and families regarding reading and/or math progress.
• Documents interventions and progress on each student receiving Tier III interventions.
• Works with school leadership to monitor progress of each child.
• Provides monthly progress monitoring data to teachers and administrators.
• Creates a conducive environment for student development in multiple domains.
• Develops and modifies instructional plans and materials to meet all students’ needs.
