The Principal will oversee personnel, scheduling, curriculum alignment, and school improvement initiatives, reporting to the Superintendent and collaborating with district leaders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and leadership certification required.
• Must meet background clearance requirements as specified by Alabama statutes.
• Experience in budget development and resource management.
• Strong communication, data analysis and leadership skills.
