Qualifications

• Ability to interpret and enforce state and district policies and procedures.
• Strong interview, coaching, and evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and evaluating instructional programs.
• Help analyze performance data to guide instructional improvements.
• Promote high student achievement through coordination of initiatives.
• Assist in scheduling and staffing decisions and textbook/material selection.
• Support testing programs and district assessments.
• Coordinate curriculum alignment within and between schools.
• Supervise assigned personnel and participate in performance reviews.
• Facilitate school safety and community relations.
• Assist in maintaining records and reporting requirements.
• Contribute to school improvement planning and budget oversight.
