Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a High School Mathematics Teacher located in Hollister, NC. The Mathematics Teacher will be responsible for creating lesson plans, teaching algebra and other mathematics courses, assessing student progress, and tailoring instruction to meet individual student needs. The role requires maintaining open communication with students, parents, and staff while fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Additional responsibilities include participating in school activities, attending faculty meetings, and adhering to school policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mathematics, including Algebra
• Experience in Lesson Planning and delivering instructional material
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to engage with middle and high school students
• Experience teaching middle or high school students is preferred
• Valid teaching certification in Mathematics
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field
