Job summary

HeyTutor Inc. is hiring Math Tutors to support high school students in an after-school program. In-person role requiring an AA degree or current college enrollment, with a background check and classroom-tutoring responsibilities.

You’ll deliver curriculum, manage groups, track attendance and progress, and contribute to a welcoming learning environment while working Monday–Friday after school, 3:00–7:00 pm. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany meaningful community impact.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required, or currently enrolled in college.
• Experience tutoring high school students preferred.
• Comfortable tutoring high school math in a classroom setting.

Responsibilities

• Tutor groups of students without direct teacher supervision.
• Deliver lessons using provided curriculum and materials.
• Create an engaging, welcoming learning environment.
• Support positive student behavior and participation.
• Track attendance and student progress using the HeyTutor Dashboard.
• Assist with student assessments when requested.
