Job summary

HeyTutor is hiring English & Math tutors to support Elementary, Middle, and High School students after school. You will help students catch up on learning gaps and supervise sessions with a focus on Math & ELA. A background check is required, and teachers use the HeyTutor Dashboard to track progress.

Great for college students seeking consistent after-school hours. Must have completed an AA or higher or be enrolled in college, with tutoring experience and comfort working in a classroom setting.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an AA or higher, or be currently enrolled in college.
• Tutoring experience with kids is preferred.
• Comfortable tutoring Elementary School Math & ELA.

Responsibilities

• Work with groups of students without teacher support.
• Prepare area to start tutoring session and manage sessions.
• Take attendance and document progress using HeyTutor Dashboard.
• Lead sessions using provided curriculum and materials.
• Ensure engaging environment and positive behavior.
