Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and completion of an approved teacher preparation program.
• Completion of Nevada-required training related to school law and district policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct educational service to students through instruction, supervision, assessment and support.
• Serve as teacher of record for assigned students and courses.
• Implement district curriculum and Nevada standards in instruction.
• Plan, prepare, deliver and adjust instruction based on student progress.
• Maintain records, communicate with parents/guardians, and participate in professional tasks.
