You will supervise teacher performance, design coaching cycles with observations and feedback, facilitate professional learning, and collaborate with the Assistant Principal of Instruction to raise student achievement.

Qualifications

• Valid teaching license and TN licensure preferred.
• Experience leading professional learning and coaching teams.
• Experience managing teacher performance and development.

Responsabilités

• Coach and develop teachers to meet instructional objectives.
• Lead coaching cycles with observations and feedback.
• Support alignment of instruction with the Tennessee Standards and LEAD model.
• Collaborate with AP of Instruction and Academic Team to drive growth.
