Job summary

Qualifications

  • Valid teaching license and eligible for TN licensure.
  • At least three years of exemplary teaching experience with strong pedagogical background.
  • Coaching experience preferred with knowledge of instructional moves.
  • Experience leading adults in a K-12 setting and managing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Meet instructional objectives by developing and managing teacher performance.
  • Conduct coaching cycles with observations and feedback.
  • Plan and facilitate teacher learning aligned to the Tennessee Academic Standards.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Principal of Instruction to implement LEAD's academic model.
  • Lead professional learning communities and quarterly plans.
