Job summary

Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School District is seeking an Education Support Professional (ESP) for the Inclusion setting at LaLiberte Elementary School in Raynham, MA for the 2026-2027 school year.

Responsibilities

• Support students in achieving IEP goals within general education classrooms across core subjects (math, science, English, social studies).
• Monitor and document academic progress and behavioral data aligned to high school standards.
• Collaborate with general and special education teachers, counselors and other staff to align instructional strategies.
• Reinforce learning, study, organizational, and executive functioning skills as outlined by lead teachers.
• Assist with note-taking, assignment completion, test accommodations, and use of assistive technology as appropriate.
• Follow behavioral and educational accommodations and behavior intervention plans for adolescents.
• Collect and record student data to inform instruction and IEP reviews.
• Report concerns to lead teachers and support teams promptly.
• Motivate students with positive reinforcement; recognize developmental and social challenges of high school students.
• Implement de-escalation strategies to maintain a safe, inclusive school environment.
• Maintain confidentiality laws (FERPA) and professional boundaries with students, families, and staff.
• Support participation in inclusive extracurricular or academic activities where applicable.
• Other duties as assigned to meet dynamic needs of high school students in inclusive settings.
