Job summary

The Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School District is hiring two Education Support Professionals (ESP) for the high school in Bridgewater, MA. CNA experience or related healthcare/personal care background is preferred, especially for students needing personal care support.

ESPs will work with students on IEP goals, monitor progress, and collaborate with teachers and service providers to execute accommodations and behavior plans.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or healthcare/personal care experience preferred.
• Experience working with children or students with disabilities encouraged.
• Experience in educational, healthcare, or behavioral settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with students on IEP goals and monitor progress.
• Communicate regularly with classroom teachers and service providers.
• Reinforce learning and follow education accommodations.
• Follow behavior intervention plans and de-escalation strategies.
• Assist with student personal care including toileting and changing.
• Record data and report academic/behavioral issues to lead teacher.
