Bridgewater-Raynham Regional School District is hiring two Education Support Professionals for G. Mitchell Elementary School in Bridgewater, MA.

The ESP supports instruction designed by General and Special Educators to meet students’ needs and participates in data collection, classroom tasks, and behavioral support. The role includes assisting with personal care, following intervention plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure student success.

Formación

• Strong communication, patience, flexibility, and commitment to supporting students with diverse needs.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Experience working with children or in school, healthcare, behavioral, or human services setting preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team.
• Certifications or training in behavior support or safety plans are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Working with students on IEP goals and monitoring progress.
• Regular communication with classroom teachers and service providers.
• Reinforce learning or skills outlined by lead teachers.
• Follow behavior intervention plans and safety procedures.
• Record/collect student data in collaboration with teachers.
• Assist with personal care tasks and accompany students to activities.
