• Current teaching position in Western Heights Public Schools.

Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct tryouts, practices, and cheer events.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive cheer program including skill development and safety.
• Supervise student-athletes during practices, games, and events.
• Promote team unity, positive attitudes, and appropriate behavior.
• Ensure all cheer activities comply with school, district, and state policies.
• Maintain clear communication with athletes, parents, administrators, and staff.
• Manage cheer uniforms, equipment, and finances responsibly.
• Coordinate transportation, schedules, and supervision for away games and competitions.
• Attend pep rallies, assemblies and community events as appropriate.
• Support academic achievement and eligibility of student-athletes.
