Responsibilities

• Assist head coach; organize and direct coaching staff.
• Collect physical examination and insurance release forms.
• Report injuries to school nurse.
• Take inventory and submit equipment needs.
• Maintain accurate records of lost/stolen equipment.
• Provide roster of players and awards list.
