Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years’ experience in the field of education.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships within an education setting; plan, organize, and implement programs and services; and provide tracking and assessment.
• Commitment to student-centered environments.
• Working knowledge of Datatel/Colleague is preferred.
• Experience with career services or student development theory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high school outreach to raise career awareness and promote college enrollment.
• Assist with advising for high school learners and maintain student records.
• Provide information on pathways and resources for students and parents.
• Conduct workshops and classroom visits with enrolled students at high schools.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines (ADA, FERPA, etc.).
• Develop relationships with business and industry to present career opportunities.
