Qualifications

• Knowledge of counseling and/or career development theory with emphasis on adolescents and career development.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; effective with students, staff, faculty and parents.
• Organization and data collection skills to track students who receive services and report data.

Responsibilities

• Help high school students define career aspirations and explore postsecondary programs.
• Promote the college and assist students with admissions and financial aid processes.
• Coordinate with Admissions and Recruitment Specialists to ensure a smooth enrollment path and timely follow-up.
