Job summary

East Side Union High School District is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavior interventions across multiple school sites in California. Qualifications

• Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention planning.
• Ability to plan and implement behavior management strategies in school settings.
• Experience collaborating with IEP teams and school staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a coordinated behavior management program across services.
• Plan and provide ABA-based instruction and best practices for students.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) as appropriate.
• Analyze data and monitor behavior recommendations and BIPs.
• Consult with principals, psychologists, case managers, and other specialists.
• Attend IEP meetings and communicate with families.
