Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Assist in promoting the general welfare of the team and help student athletes achieve both team and personal goals.
• Assist in organizing, preparing, and conducting practices and training for competitions.
• Assist in coordinating program activities in line with district policies and NJ regulations.
• Represent the program at events, fundraisers, and community activities.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
