Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey teaching certificate or NJ Substitute Teacher Certificate.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Previous coaching experience at the high school level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct practices, develop game strategies, and mentor student-athletes.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment that promotes discipline and leadership.
• Attend practices, games, meetings, and events as required by head coach.
• Assist in scouting opponents and preparing game plans to maximize team success.
