Qualifications

• Teacher Certification and coaching experience or knowledge of NJSIAA bylaws and regulations are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in promoting the general welfare of the team and help student athletes achieve team and personal goals.
• Assist in promoting philosophies and theologies of the head coach.
• Assist in organizing, preparing, and conducting practices, training and competition for preparation against opponents.
• Assist in coordinating program components including defense, offense, and positions.
• Represent the program at events and fundraisers, parent and public engagements.
• Manage daily operations of the program and daily practice regimens.
• Assist in evaluation programs athletic and academic.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
