Qualifications

• Completion of CHSAA coaching registration (if applicable).
• CPR certification current or ability to obtain before coaching.
• Experience working with urban youth or teaching is preferred.
• Commitment to equity and supporting all students in a high-need community.

Responsibilities

• Teach fundamental and advanced athletic skills to athletes.
• Knowledgeable about sports equipment, physical fitness, and safety.
• Become an expert on the rules, strategies, and techniques for the sport.
• Support the coordination and recruitment of student participants.
