Qualifications

  • Bachelor's and Master's degrees in a related field preferred.
  • Massachusetts licensure as Athletic Trainer required or in process.
  • BOC certification maintained; CPR/AED certification current.
  • Concussion training renewed annually; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the sports medicine program for all athletes.
  • Attend home and away games; provide coverage as needed.
  • Maintain the training room, supplies, and equipment inventory.
  • Coordinate injury reporting and rehabilitation under medical direction.
  • Collaborate with nurses, coaches, and physicians on clearance.
  • Assist with budgeting for supplies and equipment.
