Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher preferred.
• College coursework in Education, Math, Science, English, Engineering, or related field desired.
• Experience supporting secondary level (high school or middle school) students desired.
• Current USD #116 employee.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring for UHS students after school.
• Support students in high school subjects (Math, Science, Language Arts).
• Take attendance and report records as required.
• Engage with students to encourage seeking help from staff after school.
• Maintain positive relationships with students and adhere to program rules.
