Job summary

The YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles seeks a Site Coordinator for the North Valley Family YMCA in Porter Ranch, CA. You will lead an after-school program, coach a team of Program Leaders, and partner with schools and families to help teens build leadership, college and career readiness, and meaningful relationships.

This full-time, grant-funded role follows the school calendar, with weekdays 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., inclusive of training, development, and occasional evenings or weekend events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience leading adults and teens in group settings.
• Ability to pass required health screenings and background checks.
• EMS/First Aid and CPR certifications or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high quality after school program.
• Coach and support YMCA Team Members.
• Build relationships with schools, families, and partners.
• Ensure safety and compliance with grant requirements.
• Align schedules with school calendar and programming.
