Every afternoon, families trust the YMCA to provide a place where their children can continue learning, build friendships, and discover new interests after the final school bell rings. As the Site Coordinator, you'll lead the team that makes those experiences possible. In this leadership role, you'll coordinate a high quality after school enrichment program serving students in grades TK through 8, creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where every child feels a sense of belonging. You'll support and coach Team Members, build strong partnerships with school staff and families, and help deliver enriching experiences that include academics, arts, STEAM, recreation, and youth development. This is a seasonal position supporting school based after school programs during the academic year.
This is a part-time, seasonal position that follows the school calendar. Site Coordinators typically work Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., approximately 25 hours per week, leading after school programming on school days. Occasional morning, evening, and weekend hours may be required for staff trainings, family events, special events, and other YMCA activities throughout the year.
